Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 19, 2026. These terms govern your use of the SwarmSpace MCP Server provided by Orbital AI, Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SwarmSpace MCP Server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SwarmSpace provides read-only research intelligence tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). All tools query publicly available data sources and synthesize results for use within AI agents. No user data is written or modified as a result of these tool calls.

3. Acceptable Use

These tools are intended for research and information purposes only. You agree NOT to:

• Use the tools to automate financial decisions, medical diagnosis, or legal conclusions.
• Attempt to extract API credentials from the service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass rate limits.
• Use the service for any illegal activity or to violate the terms of third-party data sources.

4. Third-Party Data Sources

Results are synthesized from third-party sources, including but not limited to web search, Wikipedia, academic databases, and news APIs. Orbital AI makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this third-party data.

5. No Financial or Medical Advice

Any research output provided is informational only. Specifically:

• The health_research tool explicitly disclaims medical advice.
• The market_scan tool does not constitute financial advice.

Always consult a qualified professional for medical or financial decisions.

6. Authentication & Account

Users authenticate via OAuth 2.0 through their SwarmSpace account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Usage is subject to per-user rate limits defined by your account tier. Automated bulk queries that exceed normal conversational use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access.

8. Intellectual Property

Synthesized outputs are generally considered generated content. Raw data fetched from third-party sources remains subject to the terms and licenses of those original sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Orbital AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the output of SwarmSpace tools.

10. Changes to Terms

Orbital AI may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
